Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, ACMA, CGMA (UK)
Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, ACMA, CGMA is a seasoned capital market professional with over two decades of experience in financial structuring, issue management, business development, and portfolio management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of Sandhani Life Finance Limited, he has demonstrated consistent leadership and innovation in the financial sector. Previously, he held leadership roles at Alliance Financial Services Limited, where he successfully managed IPOs, mergers, rights issues, and Islamic bonds.
A Fellow of ICMAB and an ACMA, CGMA from CIMA (UK), Mr. Islam is recognized for his strategic vision, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. His achievements include raising over Tk. 17 billion in capital and guiding multiple companies through public listings. He has also been awarded by BSEC for excellence in merchant banking.
Beyond corporate responsibilities, he is active in professional development, serving as Chairman of the Dhaka Branch Council of ICMAB and Secretary General of BMBA. A dedicated educator and resource person, he frequently leads training sessions on IPO processes and financial regulations.

Sumon Chandra Saha ACMA
Mr. Sumon Chandra Saha is a qualified CMA professional from ICMAB. With his extensive knowledge of the capital market structure. He had more than 6 years of working experience in the Finance & Accounts Department. He is playing an active and inclusive role in the development of the industry and aims to further strengthen Sandhani Life Finance Limited’s position in issue management and capital market services.
Md. Shameem Hossain
Md. Shameem Hossain has solid expertise in financial analysis, compliance and capital market operations. He has successfully completed 1,800 out of 2,000 marks in the CMA program at ICMAB. Having a strong passion for finance, he is dedicated to contribute to the growth of issue management and capital market services. He is also focused on applying analytical insights and regulatory knowledge to support efficient and compliant market operations.
Nasir Uddin Mahmud
